Troy has over 22 years in the telecommunications industry. His career started with Specialty Construction/American Tower as a Warehouse Manager in Laplace, Louisiana. Later, he moved out of this role and started working as an in-field tower technician, where he developed firsthand experience with the ins and outs of the tower business. In 2002, he started with Loupe Construction as a Construction Manager and was an integral part in launching their telecommunications division. As Construction Manager, he oversaw Loupe Construction's buildout of the Voice Stream Network, stretching across three states: LA, MS, and AL. In 2005, Mr. Mayeux left the telecom industry and started a successful HVAC company (Pride Heating and Air Conditioning, LLC), which he ran for several years before selling the company.

Troy returned to the telecommunications industry as a Project Manager for WesTower Communications/MasTec Network Solutions. As a Project Manager, he was able to bring all his experiences together and achieved over three million in revenue in just his first year with WesTower. Troy has brought many years of experience and customer relations to Standard Wireless Group. With his addition to the management team, Standard Wireless Group has grown into a successful mid-size company, focusing on retaining quality employees and meeting our customers' needs.
