Tim started working for SWG as a tower hand 10 years ago. The first 1 1/2 years consisted of decommissioning old service antennas, mounts, and feedlines. However, during his time in the field, Tim was recognized for his quick learning and understanding of safety and training. Tim’s knowledge of the safety aspect of the telecommunications industry is impeccable. He takes pride in introducing an imperative outlook on life, not just on the tower but in ensuring that workers get home to their families who need them more than we do. Tim has also served as a Foreman and has guided his own crew to success in structural modifications, priding himself on minimal punch lists. Tim ensures training meets all carrier and tower owner requirements as well as OSHA standards.
