Harlan has been in the construction industry for over 30 years. He began by running a fence crew, installing fences on cell tower sites, commercial properties, and residential properties. He was then promoted to Supervisor/Project Manager for Dale Shoppe Construction, where he focused on civil construction and cell tower erection. Harlan joined Standard Wireless in 2015 as a Civil Supervisor/Foreman. He has installed numerous roads to tower sites, tower foundations, slabs and footers for shelter buildings, generators, and tanks, and has set pre-cast shelter buildings on foundations. Harlan is experienced in digging trenches for electric and telco, installing grounding systems around communication towers and buildings, installing fencing around buildings, and laying fabric and rock inside compound sites.
