Brad Snodgrass hails from a distinguished lineage of achievement in both construction and telecommunications. His career journey commenced as an operations manager in the oil and gas sector, concurrently serving as a Firefighter/EMT. With a burgeoning interest in telecommunications and splicing, Brad advanced through the ranks of the fire service, ultimately assuming the role of ESD Battalion Chief in his hometown. Subsequently, Brad transitioned from the oil and gas industry, co-founding a telecom enterprise alongside Joseph Lamb.

Under Brad's leadership, Pecan Creek Construction, LLC swiftly emerged as a premier subcontractor renowned for its expertise in fiber optic splicing, cable placement, and project management.

Brad's professional path intersected with Standard Wireless Group as both entities collaborated as mutual subcontractors. This association fostered a close camaraderie between Brad and Arnie, revealing shared aspirations and strategic visions for success. Recognizing synergies in their goals, SWG and Brad joined forces to establish a leading contracting firm specializing in project management, outside plant construction, inside plant construction, and comprehensive on-call outage rotations staffed by skilled technicians.
