Arnie Pearce

Owner and President

Arnie started his career as an entrepreneur at the age of 20, founding and owning several successful businesses along the way. He opened the first Christian bookstore in North LA and grew it into one of the largest sources of reading and listening materials. This venture was sold to a large group in 1993. In the same year, he opened another successful business in the wireless space, a Cellular One Retail/B2B wireless location, which became the largest single dealership in LA. Once again, Arnie sold this business to a larger national group.

Moving along to another passion he has always had—the game of golf and his love for people—Arnie chose to charter a path in the golf industry. He was the first person to successfully launch a golf empire and the first to open a public golf hitting/driving range and retail outlet. After several years, he sold this business to a local group of investors.

After taking some much-needed time off to travel and decide his next venture, he purchased a restaurant, tapping into another of his passions: great food and great people. He opened Arnie’s Ole Feed House. While honing his craft as a restaurant owner, he got into print and digital marketing to promote his own business. With the success of his marketing efforts, others in the area began reaching out to him for help with their marketing needs. Realizing this was an untapped market, he retired from the restaurant business and created a print, digital, and promotional marketing company. This was by far his most successful venture at the time. Arnie poured his blood, sweat, and tears into this project, growing it into one of the largest successful independent media groups in the LA and TN markets. In his tenure in the marketing space, he oversaw the day-to-day operations of 32 casinos, 1 NBA team, 1 MLB A-league team, and 2 auto manufacturers (HINO & Toyota), managing their marketing and promotional budgets and inventories.

After many successful years in this space, he felt it was time to move home and delve into the emerging telecom industry. After about 2 years in this industry, he felt, as he did with most of his career decisions, "I can do this on my own and help others to be successful as I have been." This was when he opened Standard Wireless Group, LLC in November 2013. Despite the industry's ups and downs, Arnie was proud to celebrate the 10-year anniversary of SWG in November 2023. With this milestone, the future looks even brighter for Arnie and SWG. As the industry evolves, Standard Wireless Group took another leap of faith and jumped into the Fiber Optics sector of the Telecom industry to continue broadening the company’s capabilities.
